Rush - The Fastest Girl in the World

Just another quick character drawing before I get back to art for Fatal Flaws Act 2

Rush/Lily Lyon is the OC of , I said I would have a try at drawing her some time. She's from Peka, Yorkshire, England...I thought about a more imaginative background but wasn't sure what Peka should look like. Tried to find some nice images of York but couldn't find any that suited the drawing very well...so a UK flag will have to do for the moment, and the colours go well with her suit...and it's another European heroine, Cracovia isn't alone on an entire continent! (yes, she has the rest of the Praetorians, but it's nice that there's another fictional city setting in Europe)
