I think I might enjoy this. Not a very nice sentiment.
But then the evidence suggests I'm not a very nice person.

Mixing crime fighting with personal business has its risks. But it can be rewarding too. I'm here to recover something that had been lost for centuries and return it to its rightful owners. If I can cut a group of dangerous criminals down to size while I am at it? Nice bonus.
This place may look like a grand stately home, open to the public on certain days of the year. but it's much more than that. It's a hideout for a very nasty group of people. And underneath all the nice painting and exhibits in this place is an artifact storehouse.
While a lot of art is stolen goods, some are more important than others. More dangerous.
And recovering one of thm may offer me a tiny little bit

Oh, Pyrrah, dragging impressionable girls into puberty and bisexuality. Outrageous.

Part of this was quite difficult to write in more than one way. Incase it isn't totally clear, Pyrrah has no intentions towards Kasia other than giving her some valuable life advice. Scenes like this where a character first becomes aware of ideas connected with sexuality are interesting but difficult to handle well incase people mis-interpret them. And of course everyone develops very differently. But I thought that Pyrrah might be the perfect character to influence her at such an important period in her life, and plant the seeds of some of the most (I think) interesting parts about her as a character.
