For the history and symbolism fans, that's the 1945-89 symbol of Wrocław, which I think is much nicer than the post-1989 one which is really cluttered. White eagle on red for Poland, black eagle on gold for Silesia. Chosen to tell people in Silesia 'yes, Silesia is really Polish, awesome super Polish, most Polish place ever!!!' so that they would forget that until 1945 most of Silesia was in Germany, and that Poland was given eastern German territory to compensate the Soviets annexing eastern Poland...
Also, note that the eagle on the flag has no crown, as referenced in Blossom a couple of times.

and making the two 'Americans' the bad guys. So in the Polish version, the protagonist is the superheroine Biała Błyskawica, who is fairly powerful but is regularly captured and put in peril by the evil Amazon Arrow, needing to be saved by the heroic Soviet Red Tetrarch - a classic example of anti-western and pro-Moscow propaganda common in Poland from 1945-89. I'm sweating. She puts her hands on my waist to correct my posture. Again, that warmth and strength in those hands.
It's...nice.

Very interesting storytelling. It reminded me of The Watchman series when the older characters reminisced about the old days. I also enjoyed learning a little Polish!
That Amazon Arrow Timeline is sure seeing a lot of action lately
